MedTrans Go is excited to announce we have been selected for the Mastercard Start Path In Solidarity program, which supports underrepresented tech founders on their journey to scale and innovate. The Start Path In Solidarity program, which launched in 2021 as an extension of Mastercard’s award-winning startup engagement program, continues to expand as part of the company’s work to ensure startups led by people of color and women have access to the funding necessary to scale and advance their business.
Through this program, MedTrans Go will receive stage-relevant support, including a dedicated mentor to assist in uncovering collaboration opportunities and curated access to Mastercard’s products, services, and in-house expertise. We will also be provided opportunities for technology collaboration and forums to pitch our solution to prospects.
“I envision a world where MedTrans Go is a ubiquitous patient care coordination platform that improves access to healthcare for all members of our society while optimizing revenue for our healthcare customers,” said MedTrans Go President and Founder, Dr. Obi Ugwonali. “Support from Mastercard will help strengthen the financial infrastructure of our technology, so I’m incredibly honored and excited to have been chosen for their Start Path program.”
